Does using direct IP to redirect work any more?

Hello, in the last cpanel I used a direct IP to redirect from @ (no www) of my domain name to the site here, on 000webhost. Now, on this new, beautiful, but a little confusing cpanel, I can’t seem to find a direct IP to use, which means I have to use CNAME for both www and @. A big problem with that is that my webmail is on a different service, and it of course uses @ (who uses a prefix like ...@mail.example.com any more?).

Is it possible to fix it? Or is this an intentional move from 000webhost?

Thanks

You can use nameservers to point your domain to ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com, you can set an MX record within 000webhost.com set web address manage to setup email at GMail for example.

Else you can point your domain using CNAME to yoursite.000webhostapp.com and for email you can add MX record at domain registrar?
